Do I need an appointment in order to tour your venue?
You do not need an appointment to tour our venue, but it is recommended. The Chateau Bu-Sché’s Sales office hours are: 9 AM-5 PM Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday, 9 AM-9 PM on Mondays & Thursdays, 10 AM-5 PM on Sundays.
How far in advance should I reserve my event with The Chateau Bu-Sché?
You may reserve with us any time as long as the date & ballroom are still available. Most of our events reserve 9-18 months prior to the chosen event date.
Do you have a ceremony site at your location, and if so how much is it?
Yes, The Chateau Bu-Sché has three beautiful & unique ceremony locations. The creek side Gazebo is a fantastic outdoor location surrounded by lush landscaping and a picturesque creek walk. The main floor ballrooms each offer a lovely atrium featuring billowing silk liners with crystal chandeliers, white marble floors and a white baby grand piano for your use. The cost of hosting your ceremony in the atrium or outdoor gazebo is $1,000.00.
How do I reserve my event at The Chateau Bu-Sché & how much is the first deposit?
As soon as you are ready to reserve your event, please call our Sales office to set up an appointment to sign the contract. The first deposit is $1000, we accept cash, personal check (only if event is more than 45 days from reservation date), credit card, Visa, MasterCard or Discover (only if event is more than 30 days from reservation date) or certified check. An additional deposit will be due 9 months prior to your event.
Is there a room for my bridal party to get ready in?
We have three bridal suites at our location. They are available to all brides hosting their event with us on that day. This is not a dressing room, but rather a quite space for the brides to go to throughout the duration of the event.
How early can we come in to set up or decorate our ballroom?
We allow 1 hour of set up time before your event.
Do you provide catering for the event, or can I provide my own?
All of our packages include our in-house catering, which is prepared fresh on site by our experienced culinary team. You are more than welcome to provide your wedding cake (licensed & insured bakeries only).
When do I need the final count for my event?
We require the final count at least 2 weeks prior to your event.
Is there anyone to help us on the day of the event?
We have an entire team ready to assist you during your event. The Chateau Bu-Sché’s friendly tuxedoed host will be in the lobby directing guests to your ballroom and a floor manager will be assigned to manage your event for the day!
What is your cancellation policy?
All deposits are non-refundable.
